The agreement
Glodesk provides business management software to salons, studios and clinics on a monthly rolling subscription. These terms will set out what each side can expect: our service levels and your responsibilities for the accuracy and lawfulness of the data you store.
Billing
Subscriptions roll monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing month. Prices exclude VAT. We never charge commission on bookings, per-booking fees, or automatic overage; allowance changes always happen through an explicit choice in the app.
Your data
Everything you put into Glodesk remains yours. You can export it in full at any time, including after cancellation, and we delete it on your instruction. We act as your data processor under UK GDPR.
Acceptable use
Unlimited features are for genuine business use. Sending unsolicited bulk marketing, storing unlawful content or attempting to breach another tenant's data will end an account faster than any clause here can describe.
