Yes, always. Prescription-only treatments are never given on a first visit without a face-to-face assessment. Consultations are unhurried and there is no obligation to go ahead.
Some treatments take a small deposit at booking. It comes straight off your bill on the day, and it is fully refundable if you give us at least 48 hours notice to rearrange.
It varies by treatment and by person. As a guide, wrinkle-relaxing results settle over two weeks and last three to four months; dermal filler typically lasts longer. We will give you an honest estimate at consultation.
Not if we have done our job. Our whole approach is built around subtle, natural-looking results. If we think a treatment would not suit you, we will say so.
